You keep full control of model choice and cost by connecting your own AI provider accounts (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, xAI).
Need more than 50 environments or 25 seats, an on-premises deployment, regional data residency, or your own contract terms? Those are handled on a Custom plan, and extra seats, dedicated hosts, and support levels are available as add-on packages.

Rule authoring itself happens in the AI Rule Engine control plane on either hosting model; if you need authoring data in a specific region, that is a Custom plan with the Data Residency add-on.
