New Shared Host Option Makes AI Rule Engine Easier to Start
We have added a new shared host pricing option for teams that want to start with AI Rule Engine without setting up their own Azure subscription first.
You can now choose between:
- Dedicated environment for $9/month per environment when you want AI Rule Engine deployed into your own Azure subscription.
- Shared host for $19/month per environment when you want easier setup, no Azure subscription requirement, and shared-host resource usage included in the monthly price.
Why We Added a Shared Host Option
Many teams want to validate a workflow quickly before they spend time on cloud setup, subscriptions, networking, and separate infrastructure billing. The new shared host removes that initial friction. You can get started faster, keep the onboarding process simpler, and pay one monthly price for the platform plus shared-host resource usage.
That makes the shared host a strong fit for pilots, smaller teams, and anyone who wants the easiest path from idea to live automation.
Compare the Two Options
| Option | Price | Azure subscription | Billing model | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dedicated environment | $9/month per environment | Required | Azure resource usage billed separately by your cloud provider | Teams that want their own Azure boundary, governance, and billing |
| Shared host | $19/month | Not required | Shared-host resource usage included in the monthly price | Teams that want easier setup and simpler billing |
Both options still include:
- Unlimited Rules and Actions
- Unlimited Users
- API access
- Role-based user access
- Integration with your preferred AI models
Shared-host resource usage is included, but third-party integrations or model providers may still bill separately depending on what you connect.
The Dedicated Option Still Matters
The dedicated environment option is still the right choice when you want AI Rule Engine deployed inside your own Azure subscription. It gives you the cloud boundary, governance controls, and Azure-level visibility many teams need for production environments.
If you already have Azure standards, networking requirements, or internal policies to follow, the dedicated deployment remains the best fit.
Start with the One That Matches Your Team
If you want the simplest onboarding path, start with the new shared host. If you want your own Azure deployment from day one, choose the dedicated environment.
Either way, you can move from evaluation to real workflow automation quickly.
